Norinco made Chinese SKS rifle that I have ever had come my way and it is the 16" short rifle that uses regular AK-47 mags and NOT the crappy Duck Bill Mags!!! I love the shorter 16" SKS and I have only had a few of these over the last 20 years and it is so great to have a SKS that you can slap a AK mag into and it goes right in and you dont have to fight to insert it or take it out. This rifle is chambered in 7.62x39 caliber and the chrome lined bore is clean and bright and has strontg rifling. The rifle has great open sights and a canvas sling and a 30 round magazine.
